What does paid parking mean in the app?
As a Run this place user, you can book parking spaces in some of our neighbourhoods for a fee. This is particularly useful if your employer does not have a parking space available. Among these parking spaces, there are also e-parking spaces that you can book - also for a fee.
-
How do I book a paid parking space?
Click on Booking in the app. Then set the date and time you want to park. We will first show you free parking spaces for your company. If these are fully booked or occupied at the selected time, we will show you paid parking spaces as an alternative. These are provided by Run this place. You will immediately see the costs for the reserved time. However, we only charge for the time actually parked. When booking for the first time, please leave your credit card details and complete the booking.
-
How are the parking fees charged?
We only charge for the time you actually spend in our car park: starting when you enter the underground car park and ending when you leave it again. Billing is accurate to 15 minutes. As soon as you have finished parking, you will find the invoice in the app. You will also receive a message that your parking process has been completed - the parking fee will also be displayed here. The amount will then be deducted from your payment method (credit card) on one of the following days.
-
How do I cancel a paid parking space?
If your reserved time has not yet started, you can cancel the parking space at any time free of charge. To do so, select the reservation you want to cancel in the Booking section. Then click on Cancel free of charge. The booking is now cancelled and no costs are incurred.
-
How do I find out my parking space number?
You can see your parking space number in the Booking section under the respective booked parking space. You have a long-term parking space and it is not yet displayed in the Booking section? Then contact your contact person for parking spaces in your company and ask them to store your parking space for you in the app.
