Which RFID card can I use at the Run this place charging stations?
There are several options if you want to pay for your charging with RFID card:
1. RFID Card by Wirelane
Our charging stations are from the company Wirelane, which offers its own RFID cards - free of charge. With the Wirelane card, you can easily pay for your charging process with us.You want to use a Wirelane RFID card? Write to support@run-this-place.com to order an RFID card from Wirelane. Accept the Wirelane portal membership, choose your payment method, order an RFID card and activate it once you receive it.
2. RFID card from other providers
As a rule, you can also use RFID cards from other providers. If your existing RFID card does not work, please write to support@run-this-place.com. We will then check whether your provider's card can be approved.It is possible that your card provider may charge an additional fee when you load your card with us. Please contact your card provider directly to find out about any additional charges.

How do I start my charging process with an RFID card?
Follow these steps to charge your vehicle:
- Connect your charging cable to the e-charging station and your vehicle
- Hold the RFID card on the RFID card reader placed on top of the pole
- The blue ring on the e-charging station flashes yellow briefly and then pulses blue when charging is in progress
- Stop the charging process by placing the RFID card on the RFID card reader again and then unplugging it from the e-charging station

How do I start my charging process with a credit card, EC card, Google or Apple Pay?
At our charging stations with a TAP payment function, you can pay with a credit card, debit card, Google or Apple Pay.
Follow these steps to charge your vehicle:
- Plug the cable into the e-charging station and into your vehicle
- Hold your credit card, debit card or mobile phone against the TAP payment module - you will find it on the side of the e-charging station
- The blue ring on the e-charging station flashes yellow briefly and then pulses blue when charging is in progress
- Stop the charging process via your car (depending on the model) and then unplug it from the e-charging station

How do I start my charging process with the Run this place app?
If you have booked an e-parking space via the Run this place app, you can also start and stop the charging process via our app. To do this, enter your credit card details or your SEPA direct debit details in the app. All charging transactions will be invoiced to you at the end of the month and collected via your chosen payment method.
Follow these steps to charge your vehicle:
- Plug the cable into the e-charging station and into your vehicle
- Start the charging process via the app in the existing booking for the e-charging parking space
- The blue ring on the e-charging station flashes yellow briefly and then pulses blue when charging is in progress
- Stop the charging process by stopping it via the app and then disconnect the plug from the e-charging station.

I need an invoice for the charging fee
We will automatically charge the fee to your stored payment method a few days after you charged your car at a Run this place charging station. To get your invoice, go to http://wrln.de/ and enter the transaction ID you find on the bill of your last charging event. Then download the invoice.

How much does it cost to charge my electric car?
You will pay your charging fee in kWh. Depending on local market conditions the price ranges from 0,39 € to 0,69 € per kWh. You will pay less per kWh with promotional offers. See the current price per kWh on the side of your charging station, at the TAP Payment Modul.

How long does it take to charge my electric car?
Our charging points allow you to charge your electric car at a maximum of 11 kW charging power. The charging time depends on the level and properties of your car’s battery.

I´m having technical issues at the charging station – what can I do?
If charging does not work properly or you can’t unplug the charging cable from the car’s socket, call +49 40 53798300 (Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm). You will be attended in English if you wish. To help us quickly find a solution, please share with us your location, including the charging station’s number. You’ll find it on the station’s side.

I was charged an incorrect amount for the charging – what can I do?
You’ll exclusively find calibrated charging stations at our parking garages. That means they’ll be exact on the amount of kWh you’ve charged. If it looks like we invoiced you the wrong amount, please talk to us by sending a message to support@run-this-place.com. Remember to include the transaction ID from the bill and the day and time you used the charging station.
