The mastermind behind the Run this place product brand and its workplace features is Union Investment Real Estate Digital GmbH. We are a technology spin-off of Union Investment, one of Europe’s leading asset management companies, and bring together the best of several worlds: a profound understanding of commercial real estate and of the needs of its users with outstanding technological expertise. This enables us to develop smart digital solutions for attractive working environments and sustainable real estate.

When it comes to sustainability, security and building automation, we have made it our mission to adapt real estate and entire districts to human requirements. In this respect, technology helps us just as much as expertise.
Our technology partnership with Wirelane, a forward-looking full service provider in the field of charging infrastructure, makes us a force to be reckoned with when it comes to promoting e-charging in office properties. Thanks to this cooperation within our “e-charging” feature, we can react quickly to requests for charging stations and install them without having to wait a long time for materials.
