Most of the time, the following works:
Back your car up again. Then make sure you drive straight or flush with the lane markings towards the barrier and brake in time. The barrier still won't open? Use the intercom at the barrier and ask the security staff to let you in manually as an exception. And one more thing: Of course, we want you to be able to drive in again without contact as quickly as possible. Therefore, please let us know your request via the contact form. My booked paid parking space was occupied.
That's annoying, but not a problem. We hope you were able to park in another car park - and we will refund your parking fee. Please contact us via the contact form in your profile and tell us the time you booked. How can it happen that the parking space was occupied? Someone has used your parking space either without authorisation or for longer than booked.

I have exceeded the reservation time, can I still drive out contactless?
Yes, you can. We know that some things just don't go as planned. That's why you can leave the car park without contact during the first 30 minutes after your booked time has expired. Example: If you have booked a parking space until 2 pm, you can leave the car park without contact until 2.30 pm. After that, please ask the staff in charge how you can leave the car park.

Can I also enter the car park contactless with another car?
Yes, of course. We want to make our service flexible in order to relieve you in your everyday life. You can store up to three car licence plates, but only drive into the car park with one car during the booking period. Simply store the corresponding car number plates in the app and use the contactless entry and exit with the cars of your choice.

What do paid parking spaces mean in the app?
As a Run this place user, you can book parking spaces in some of our neighbourhoods for a fee. This is particularly useful if your employer does not have a parking space available. Among these parking spaces, there are also e-parking spaces that you can book - also for a fee.

How do I book a paid parking space?
Click on Book in the app. Then set the date and time you want to park. We will first show you free parking spaces for your company. If these are fully booked or occupied at the selected time, we will show you paid parking spaces as an alternative. These are provided by Run this place. You will immediately see the costs for the reserved time. However, we only charge for the time actually parked. When booking for the first time, please leave your credit card details and complete the booking.

How are the parking fees calculated?
We only charge for the time you actually spend in our car park: starting when you enter the underground car park and ending when you leave it again. Billing is accurate to 15 minutes. As soon as you have finished parking, you will find the invoice in the app. You will also receive a message that your parking process has been completed - the parking fee will also be displayed here. The amount will then be deducted from your payment method (credit card) on one of the following days.

How do I cancel a paid parking space?
If your reserved time has not yet started, you can cancel the parking space at any time free of charge. To do so, select the reservation you want to cancel in the Booking section. Then click on Cancel free of charge. The booking is now cancelled and no costs are incurred.

Your contact person for parking spaces in your company can store your number in the app for you. Simply contact this person. This parking space is mobile and can be moved in front of other parking spaces at the touch of a button. Therefore, please make sure that your car is parked in line with the "pallet".
